Before removing the backing, centre the tape against your nipple. Looking in a mirror helps. Remove the backing from each side, touching the adhesive surface as little as possible. Holding the centre of the strip over the nipple, press the left side and centre against the skin, then pull the tape firmly to the level of the breast as you press down the right side.
